::Furnace & Ovens::
ARF - Air recirculating chamber furnaces : 750°C
Both models in the ARF range have a chamber fitted with a robust stainless steel liner, enabling bulky loads to be treated. Optimum heat transfer, reduced heating times and maximum temperature uniformity are provided by a fan which ciruclates the air within the chamber. The fan and airguide system provide continuous movement of air around the workpiece.
Heating is provided by mineral insulated sheathed elements, which are fully isolated from the liner. A type 'K' thermocouple is incorporated for maximum life and stability.

LTF - Tube Furnaces - 1200°C:
This range of furnaces has a maximum operating temperature of 1200°C. Heating is provided by a resistance wire element wound on to the ceramic work tube, which is an integral part of the furnace. Low thermal mass insulation is used throughout for rapid response rates and maximum thermal efficiency and stability. A rugged metal sheathed thermocouple is protected from accidental damage and allows for full use of the work tube bore. If the tube is for use with an atmosphere, or is likely to be contaminated by spillage, a separate work tube is required.
Horizontal models are suppled with the controls in the base, whilst vertical versions have a separate console.

Ovens - Welland range - 300°C
A modern range of ovens, with a maximum operating temperature of 300°C, providing a combination of excellent performance and reliability.
Increased power and low thermal mass encased fibre insulation ensure both fast heat up times and reduced recovery times. Reduced holding power once at set temperature, together with the insulation, makes the range economical. Cool safe outer case temperature.
Both gravity and forced air circulation models are available with a wide choice of control options, allowing the most critical performance criteria to be met. Where processes involve the liberation of flammable vapours, a stoving and curing option is avaialble. Also, where processes involve large amounts of water, a moisture extraction option is available
